How to make it

  • Put scored chicken in shallow sealable container & season well.
  • Add garlic, ginger & HALF the corriander
  • Mix together sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey & lime juice.
  • Pour over the chicken, stir to coat all over.
  • Cover & chill 2-24 hours. longer the better)
  • Cook the chicken on hot BBQ, for 20 mins until cooked, turning & covering in the marrinade while BBQ'ing.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of the remainding corriander leaves.
