How to make it

  • Mix flour and water to make dough. Knead well, and leave to stand for 15-20min.
  • Make small balls - the size of a small fist, and roll into flat circles.
  • Put this onto a flat frying pan or Indian "Tawa" pan. (can be bought in UK).
  • Cook both sides, turning and rotating as theflour "bubbles" up.
  • Serve with curry - warm.
