Chapati Authentic Kashmir recipe

                    - 900g Chapati flour. (can be purchased in UK) shopping list
 - 1 pint water. shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Mix flour and water to make dough. Knead well, and leave to stand for 15-20min.
 - Make small balls - the size of a small fist, and roll into flat circles.
 - Put this onto a flat frying pan or Indian "Tawa" pan. (can be bought in UK).
 - Cook both sides, turning and rotating as theflour "bubbles" up.
 - Serve with curry - warm.
