Chapati Authentic Kashmir Recipe Recipe

Ingredients
  • 900g Chapati flour. (can be purchased in UK)
  • 1 pint Water.

Directions
  1. Mix flour and water to make dough. Knead well, and leave to stand for 15-20min.
  2. Make small balls - the size of a small fist, and roll into flat circles.
  3. Put this onto a flat frying pan or Indian "Tawa" pan. (can be bought in UK).
  4. Cook both sides, turning and rotating as theflour "bubbles" up.
  5. Serve with curry - warm.
