Crab Dip With Goat Cheese Recipe
I put this dish together for a potluck at the last minute using items I had in the pantry and fridge. The party-goers devoured it!

Ingredients
  • 1 log Goat Cheese
  • 2 pkgs Cream Cheese
  • 2 pouches Crab
  • 1/2 jar Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste (I used Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning, and it was fantastic. If you use salt and pepper, I'd probably add a bit of garlic powder as well)

Directions
  1. Set out cream cheese to soften.
  2. While it is softening, chop the artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Serve cold with crackers (I prefer sesame cracker rounds) or sliced vegetables.
  5. Another option is to spread it on some french bread and place it under the broiler.

How can we use a recipe without measurements..i.e.goat cheese, cream cheese, crabmeat? let's try to complete the recipe before passing it on to a foodie. i would have loved this one but had no idea how to prepare it based on the ingredients listed.

Hmm. A bit harsh, but I get your point. I'm not big on measuring ingredients. I usually do recipes "to taste".
