How to make it

  • Set out cream cheese to soften.
  • While it is softening, chop the artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Serve cold with crackers (I prefer sesame cracker rounds) or sliced vegetables.
  • Another option is to spread it on some french bread and place it under the broiler.

    Hmm. A bit harsh, but I get your point. I'm not big on measuring ingredients. I usually do recipes "to taste".

    how can we use a recipe without measurements..i.e.goat cheese, cream cheese, crabmeat? let's try to complete the recipe before passing it on to a foodie. i would have loved this one but had no idea how to prepare it based on the ingredients listed.
