I'm a wing freak and a teriyaki fan so this is definitely on my list of recipes to try, elle. I make wings with Country Bob's sauce and worcestershire sauce and they're fantastic but now and then I want something different. Now I have something different. :)

I used this recipe, except I used pieces of cut of chicken thighs, and I put it in a frying pan and fried it until the chicken was done, and the sauce starting to carmelize. It was THE BEST teriyaki chicken I have ever eaten! And I have eaten it a lot, in a lot of Chinese restaurants.
