Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Cake

- 1- 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2- 1/4 cups all purpose flour sifted shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1- 1/2 cups of water shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 4- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar shopping list
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter flavoring shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine dry ingredients.
- 2. Stir in oil, water, viegar and vanilla.
- 3. Mix well.
- 4. When well mixed pour into greased rectangular baking pan.
- 5. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter flavouring, sugar, egg and salt until smooth.
- 6. Stir in chocolate chips and drop by tablespoons over cake batter.
- 7. Cut through batter with a knife to swirl.
- 8. Sprinkle with pecans and remanning sugar.
- 9. Bake 350 F for 30 min.
- 10. Cool begore cutting.
- 11. Refrigerate any left leftovers.
