  • 1 bag frozen artichoke hearts
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • Grated parmesan

Directions
  1. Beat egg
  2. Dip artichoke heart in egg
  3. Dredge in flour
  4. Fry until egg is cooked
  5. Serve sprinkled with parmesan
