    this looks superb...can't wait to try it...would be great on anything...over garlic rounds...or garlic bread or garlic...or on Steak or mushroooms, along with a nice cold dirty martini...YUMMY Salt and Gin...what more can you ask for??

    My daughter is the all time artichoke champ. She can down three by herself. They are the "special" request meal for her when celebrating a good report card or landing a double double combination. Normally, we eat with melted butter (gasp) or a vinaigrette. This will be our next sauce version to try. Thank you!
