Sweet Potato Casserole

I'm not really sure about the number of servings. This is a family recipe and all I know is it feeds a crowd. I'm also not sure on the prep or cooking times.
Ingredients
How to make it
- Boil potatoes until tender
- drain water
- peel potatoes
- mix the following ingredients with the potatoes - use an electric mixer
- pinch of salt
- 1 cap of vanilla flavoring
- 1 stick butter
- cream the above ingreidents until well blended
- transfer to casserole dish
- sprinkle marshmallows on top and broil until marshmallows are slightly browned
