I'm not really sure about the number of servings. This is a family recipe and all I know is it feeds a crowd. I'm also not sure on the prep or cooking times.

Ingredients
  • 6 good sized sweet potatoes
  • salt
  • vanilla
  • butter

Directions
  1. Boil potatoes until tender
  2. drain water
  3. peel potatoes
  4. mix the following ingredients with the potatoes - use an electric mixer
  5. pinch of salt
  6. 1 cap of vanilla flavoring
  7. 1 stick butter
  8. cream the above ingreidents until well blended
  9. transfer to casserole dish
  10. sprinkle marshmallows on top and broil until marshmallows are slightly browned
