egg noodles with wonton egg and veggie

this is a very easy and fast meal, this is my emergency meal or supper, hahaha just boil egg noodles, egg, veggie and use the wonton that you have wrap earlier and freeze (see my wonton soup recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 portion of egg noodles (or instant noodle) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- any kind of veggie or mushroom available in your fridge shopping list
- 6 to 8 wontons shopping list
- seasoning; shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- pinch of white pepper powder shopping list
- pinch of hon dashi shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of fried shallot or garlic shopping list
- 3 tbs of stock shopping list
How to make it
- if you use instant noodles, you can need the seasonings package
- if you you use egg noodles, mix seasonings in a bowl
- bring water to the boil add wontons, when the water boils again
- add noodles, stirr add veggie or mushrooms, egg
- cook for around 3 minutes, drain
- pour in the bowl, mix with the seasoning, EAT ! ! !
