salmon miso soup with toufu

- 200 grams of salmon (with bones) shopping list
- 100 grams of toufu shopping list
- 6 cups of japanese stock shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of hon dashi shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 2 tbs of japanese miso paste shopping list
How to make it
- cube salmon and toufu
- bring stock to the boil, add salmon and toufu
- add salt and dashi, cook for 5 minutes or until salmon is cooked
- turn off the heat add miso, stirr, serve
