Hot and Sweet Pineapple Slaw

- 16 ounce package shredded broccoli slaw mix shopping list
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks shopping list
- 2 cups broccoli florets shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 to 2 tablespoon adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse and drain shredded broccoli then dry thoroughly.
- In a bowl combine shredded broccoli, pineapple and broccoli florets.
- In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, adobo sauce and salt.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture then toss to coat.
- Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours.
- Toss before serving.

The pineapple really makes this great. When I make slaw for parties I always use the juice from crushed, canned pineapple instead of sugar and then toss the crushed into it and everyone loves it and can't figure out why. I think another reason they...more
