How to make it

  • Rinse and drain shredded broccoli then dry thoroughly.
  • In a bowl combine shredded broccoli, pineapple and broccoli florets.
  • In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, adobo sauce and salt.
  • Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture then toss to coat.
  • Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours.
  • Toss before serving.

    The pineapple really makes this great. When I make slaw for parties I always use the juice from crushed, canned pineapple instead of sugar and then toss the crushed into it and everyone loves it and can't figure out why. I think another reason they like it so much is no vinegar. Great slaw, thanks.
