Hot Artichoke In Puff Pastry Tart Shells Recipe
Great for parties, and so easy to prepare. Presentation is festive.

Ingredients
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded good Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded good Mozzerella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Puff pastry tart shells
  • *Can "jazz" this up by adding roasted garlic, minced jalapenos, chopped roasted red peppers, green chilies, etc.

Directions
  1. In large bowl, mix first five ingredients together, stirring gently
  2. Place in puff pastry tart shells
  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven until lightly browned
  4. Remove and serve
  5. Delicious

This looks really great and am saving this for my next card party! Roasted red pepper will give it little more color and garlic...ah yes!
