How to make it
- Mash the kidney beans. If they're homecooked you might like to add more soy sauce as the canned ones used in this recipe were reasonably salty.
- Add onion, garlic, rice, oregano, soy sauce and celery to the beans. Mix well.
- On a greased, flat baking tray, roll the mixture into two log shapes and dust with flour. Or put all the mix into a loaf tin instead.
- Bake at 180*C for 45 mins.
