How to make it

  • prepare pie shell by pricking sides and bottom.
  • bake shell at 425deg for 5 min. allow shell to cool.
  • mix well - eggs, half/half, salt and red pepper. set aside.
  • sprinkle crab, cheese, onion and parsley evenly in the shell.
  • pour egg mixture over crab mix.
  • bake at 325deg for 35min.
  • let stand for 10min before serving.

    This was delicious! I didn't have Half & Half, so mixed 1 c. heavy cream and 1 c. 1% milk. The quiche was perfect!
