Ingredients
  • 6oz Lump Crabmeat (well drained if using canned)
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Green Onion - minced
  • 1 tbs fresh Parsley
  • 4 eggs - beaten
  • 2 cups Half & Half
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Red Pepper falkes
  • 9in Pastry pie shell

Directions
  1. prepare pie shell by pricking sides and bottom.
  2. bake shell at 425deg for 5 min. allow shell to cool.
  3. mix well - eggs, half/half, salt and red pepper. set aside.
  4. sprinkle crab, cheese, onion and parsley evenly in the shell.
  5. pour egg mixture over crab mix.
  6. bake at 325deg for 35min.
  7. let stand for 10min before serving.
