Crab Quiche

- 6oz lump crabmeat (well drained if using canned) shopping list
- 1 cup swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/3 cup green onion - minced shopping list
- 1 tbs fresh parsley shopping list
- 4 eggs - beaten shopping list
- 2 cups Half & Half shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp red pepper falkes shopping list
- 9in Pastry pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- prepare pie shell by pricking sides and bottom.
- bake shell at 425deg for 5 min. allow shell to cool.
- mix well - eggs, half/half, salt and red pepper. set aside.
- sprinkle crab, cheese, onion and parsley evenly in the shell.
- pour egg mixture over crab mix.
- bake at 325deg for 35min.
- let stand for 10min before serving.
