Corkys Memphis Style Slaw

- 1 medium head green cabbage, cored and shredded shopping list
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and grated shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and finely diced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated onion shopping list
- 2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup dijon-style mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons celery seeds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and onion into a large bowl and set aside. In another bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables and toss well. Cover and refrigerate three to four hours before serving. Serves six.
