Kids are Home for Lunch

When I forget to plan lunch for the kids or they come home early from school I make this. They love it with ketchup on top!
Ingredients
- cooking spray shopping list
- 1 hot dog sliced into rounds shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup chedder shopping list
How to make it
- Spray skillet with cooking spray.
- Toss the hot dogs in and warm through until plumping a bit.
- Add Eggs cook until 1/2 way done.
- Add Cheese and cook until eggs are set and plop on plate.
