How to make it

  • Mix however many eggs you wish. Scramble to almost done. Pour 2Tbsp. of salsa, ham and a handfull of fritos into egg mixture. Mix well, top with shredded cheese. My dad also heats the flour tortillas in a small skillet (no oil) to crisp them up. I hope you all enjoy this.....It's a family favorite.
