Ingredients

Eggs

milk

salt and pepper

salsa

Chopped pieces of ham

fritos

shredded cheddar cheese

flour tortillas

Directions

Mix however many eggs you wish. Scramble to almost done. Pour 2Tbsp. of salsa, ham and a handfull of fritos into egg mixture. Mix well, top with shredded cheese. My dad also heats the flour tortillas in a small skillet (no oil) to crisp them up. I hope you all enjoy this.....It's a family favorite.
