Yummy recipe from Hershey's went over well during the holidays. I prefer melting the chocolate on the stove in a sacepan

Ingredients
  • 6 (1.55 oz. each) milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 8 (about 1-3/4 cups) graham crackers, coarsely chopped

Directions
  1. Place candy pieces in medium microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, or until chocolate is melted when mixture is stirred.
  3. Stir in marshmallows and graham cracker pieces until well coated. Drop by spoonfuls into miniature paper muffin cups (1-3/4 inches in diameter).
  4. Cover; refrigerate until firm.
  5. About 2-1/2 dozen snacks.
