How to make it

  • Rinse chicken, pat with paper towels and set aside.
  • Place all dry ingredients into a large freezer bag. Shake to mix well.
  • Heat oil in frying pan to 375.
  • One at a time place chicken pieces in bag and coat well with flour mixture. Press mixture firmly onto chicken if needed.
  • Place coated chicken in frying pan and fry on each side for about 15 minutes. Fry until no longer pink and internatl temperature is 185 degrees.
  • ***To ensure chicken is done, I usually just brown my chicken in the oil, then transfer to a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about 20 minutes.

    Incredible, first gluten free fried chicken recipe i have ever seen before. I will check this out. I am from Kentucky where fried chicken is important
