- 1 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb. hot italian sausage (taken out of casing) shopping list
- 1 large onion (diced) shopping list
- 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 (19 oz.) can diced tomatoes with seasonings (plain diced would do) shopping list
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese shopping list
- 3-5 jalapeno peppers (chopped very small) shopping list
- 2 cups hot salsa (med. if you don't want it too spicy) shopping list
- tortilla chips for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef, sausage and onion.
- Drain fat.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. (except tortilla chips)
- Simmer until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
