This one is tried and true. A favorite in my home. Enjoy. This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gentry Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • 4 Oreo cookies coarsely broken

Directions
  1. Place ice cream, milk and mint extract in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy then add cookies and blend 5 seconds.
