How to make it

  • In large skillet brown chicken in 2T oikl for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
  • Sautee mushrooms and chives in remaining 2T oil for 2 minutes. Stir in flour. Gradually whisk in broth until blended. Stir in cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened ..about 2-3 minutes.
  • Return chicken to pan; turn to coat. Cover and simmer until chicken is competely done...no pink. Serve over hot cooked rice.
