How to make it

  • mix together the oj, burbon, soy sauce, and brown sugar
  • marinate the salmon in the mixture for about an hour in the refridgerator, but before putting fish in marinate, reserve about 1/2 cup for basting while grilling
  • grill for about 7 minutes on each side, basting with the marinate occasionally
  • squeeze as much fresh lemon juice over the salmon as desired just before serving

    Great recipe. Here in SW Florida, we get a lot of fresh Grouper and Mahi Mahi. I like to grill the Grouper or Mahi the same way....using Key Lime juice in place of the lemon.
