Stir-fry Sauce

- FOR DARK MEAT: shopping list
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chicken broth shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chinese rice wine or dry sherry shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch shopping list
- 2 teaspoons water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce or thick soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil shopping list
- if making ginger dish just add 2 tbsp of fresh grated ginger or shopping list
- ginger power. shopping list
- Want it spicy...just add 2 dried red pepper curshed shopping list
- FOR WHITE MEAT: disgard, dark or thick soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix well and refrigerator for futher stir-fry sauce or it can be marinade into meat. Best marinade for 3 hours or over night for tenderness.
