Pork Ong-choy In Red Curry

- 1/2 lb pork thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 medium size bundle ong-choy long sliced shopping list
- spinach (sup.) shopping list
- 3 tbsp Red curry (see recipe) shopping list
- 1 can of coconut milk shopping list
- 2 tbsp fish sauce or to taste shopping list
- 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- pinch of msg (optional) shopping list
- 2 fresh red chili pepper whole shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and dry Ong-Choy, cut into long sliced.
- In a wok or pan, add coconut milk and red curry paste, cook in low heat, stir and mix well for 4-5 minutes. Add sugar, msg and stir for another 1 mintues.
- Add pork and cook until almost done, covered and simmer until reduce heat.
- Stir in ong-choy, red chili pepper and fish sauce to taste, cook for another 5 mintues and it ready to serve.
- Place in a serving bowl or over Jasime rice.
