Ong-Choy can be made so many ways..stir-fry, soup and in curry..and the best of all can be eated just as it with Papaya Salad..

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb pork thinly sliced
  • 2 medium size bundle ong-choy long sliced
  • spinach (sup.)
  • 3 tbsp Red Curry (see recipe)
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce or to taste
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • pinch of msg (optional)
  • 2 fresh red chili pepper whole

Directions
  1. Wash and dry Ong-Choy, cut into long sliced.
  2. In a wok or pan, add coconut milk and red curry paste, cook in low heat, stir and mix well for 4-5 minutes. Add sugar, msg and stir for another 1 mintues.
  3. Add pork and cook until almost done, covered and simmer until reduce heat.
  4. Stir in ong-choy, red chili pepper and fish sauce to taste, cook for another 5 mintues and it ready to serve.
  5. Place in a serving bowl or over Jasime rice.
