How to make it

  • Wash and dry Ong-Choy, cut into long sliced.
  • In a wok or pan, add coconut milk and red curry paste, cook in low heat, stir and mix well for 4-5 minutes. Add sugar, msg and stir for another 1 mintues.
  • Add pork and cook until almost done, covered and simmer until reduce heat.
  • Stir in ong-choy, red chili pepper and fish sauce to taste, cook for another 5 mintues and it ready to serve.
  • Place in a serving bowl or over Jasime rice.
