Guacamole Dip

- 3 large tomatoes peeled and cut in quarters. shopping list
- 6 ripe avocadoes. shopping list
- 1 glove garlic crusched and mashed. shopping list
- 3 large onions peeled and cut in quarters. shopping list
- 1/2 tea spoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 tea spoon fresh ground black pepper. shopping list
- 1 cup fresh celantro leaves shredded shopping list
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves shredded. shopping list
- 3 table spoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 table spoon olive oil. shopping list
- 2 green hot chilli devained and seeds removed. shopping list
How to make it
- Place the onions, tomatoes, garlic, green chilli, avocadoes, lemon juice and olive oil in a food mixer and mix pulsating for 2 minutes.
- Add the celantro, parsley, salt and black pepper and mix for 1 minute until a smooth paste is formed.
- Place an a seeled container refregerated for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with Natchoes or corn tortia chips.
- You may also serve with carrot and cucumber sticks.
