How to make it

  • Place the onions, tomatoes, garlic, green chilli, avocadoes, lemon juice and olive oil in a food mixer and mix pulsating for 2 minutes.
  • Add the celantro, parsley, salt and black pepper and mix for 1 minute until a smooth paste is formed.
  • Place an a seeled container refregerated for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve with Natchoes or corn tortia chips.
  • You may also serve with carrot and cucumber sticks.
