Grilled Salmon With Lemon Dill And Capers Recipe
Great, easy way to prepare salmon! The flavors of the lemon, dill and capers are perfect compliments to this dish! So great with a side of cous cous with fresh parsley and lemon juice!

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 lemons, 2 sliced and the other one juiced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 pieces of tin foil big enough to wrap one piece of salmon in

Directions
  1. lay one piece of salmon on each piece of tin foil
  2. drizzle or brush each side of salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. sprinkle each piece with the fresh chopped dill
  4. top with 2 slices of lemons and as many capers as you like!
  5. bring sides of tin foil to the top and wrap in a pocket tightly
  6. place on the grill or in a grill pan and grill on med/high heat for about 10-15 minutes or until done
  7. serve this in the foil pockets as it is a great presentation!
  8. drizzle hot fish with lemon juice and serve

Love Salmon and I love dill, it's a keeper.


This was perfect - moist, flavourful and best of all, really, really easy! oh and so little cleanup.
