pan fried cod

- 20 cod fillets shopping list
- 100 ml fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 100 ml fresh almond slices shopping list
- 200 g fresh parsley leaves shopping list
- 100 ml butter shopping list
- 70 ml cooking oil shopping list
How to make it
- thaw cod fillets in fridge
- squeeze 100ml of fresh lemon juice
- tear parsley leaves from stem and throw the stem away
- pre-heat nonstick frying pan on medium heat
- put a little bit of butter in to pan and pour rest of butter in to a bowl then use the cooking oil only a little
- put 2pc cod into frying pan and brown just a little bit then flip with a rubber spatula
- slide on to a plate then use 5ml of lemon juice and while pan is hot put the lemon juice into the pan and sprinkle some almonds in to the pan and hold the pan sort of side ways and stir for about 1minute then pour onto the cod and sprinkle parsley leaves on top
