How to make it

  • Combine ingredients in a 1 gallon zipper bag.
  • Place steak in the marinade and let stand refrigerated for at least 3 hours.
  • To grill place the meat directly over medium coals. Grill 7 minutes per side. Slice across the grain and serve.

    You are quite right about flat iron steaks. They are sooo tasty. I use a marinade of a combo of mesquite smoke and worcestershire sauce with garlic and pepper. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
