Grilled Flatiron Steak

- sea salt to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp, cracked grd. black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing shopping list
- 1/2 cup red wine shopping list
- (or your favorite marinade or rub) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ingredients in a 1 gallon zipper bag.
- Place steak in the marinade and let stand refrigerated for at least 3 hours.
- To grill place the meat directly over medium coals. Grill 7 minutes per side. Slice across the grain and serve.

You are quite right about flat iron steaks. They are sooo tasty. I use a marinade of a combo of mesquite smoke and worcestershire sauce with garlic and pepper. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
