Peppermint Dessert

This recipe is from my cousin. Its so good and you will want to eat the entire pan yourself! Hurry and do so before 2008 when it's time to loose weight!
Ingredients
- Crust: shopping list
- 30 Oreo cookies crushed shopping list
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 gallon of softned peppermint ice cream shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 pkg milk chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 - 3 oz. cans evaporated milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix oreos and butter
- Press in a 9 x 13 pan
- Spread softened peppermint Ice cream ( use Blue Bunny brand) on the crust
- Melt the chocolate chips and the milk.
- Pour over icecream.
- Top with cool whip and serve.
- Store in freezer wrapped in plastic.
