Ingredients
  • 250 g minced pork
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 2 cold boiled potatoes , mashed
  • 50 ml bread powder mixed with 100 ml water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion , thinly sliced and fried
  • pepper
  • salt
  • White sauce
  • 200 ml stock
  • 1 tbsp flour fried in 1 tbsp butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Combine everything .
  2. Scoop with a table spoon and arrange on a dusted top
  3. fry in low heat
  4. For the sauce
  5. Boil everything for a minute until it thickens
  6. Serve
  7. Pour the sauce on top of the meat balls
