Beer Bread Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine flour and sugar, mix well, add beer and mix with fork until it is well mixed . Can be mixed by hands but I don't like getting my hands that messy. Batter will be sticky.
  • Pour into bread pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350
  • Brush top with melted butter bake for additional 10 minutes.
