Excellent Dry rub barbecue beef ribs

Ingredients
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. chilli powder (optional)
  • 3/4 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions
  1. It is very important to peal the membrane off of the inside of the rack of beef ribs before starting.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of ribs and rub it in.
  4. Grill on medium heat grill for 2-3 hours or until rib meat is tender.
