Ingredients
- 6 large baking potatoes
- Garlic salt
- Black pepper
- 6 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Wrap potatoes independently in alumium foil sprinkled with garlic salt, black pepper, and 1 tbsp. butter.
- Smoke on bottom rack of smoker with garlic and herb pork loin for 6 hours or until you can insert a tooth pick into potatoes.
