Carolina Up Country Cabbage Salad Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups shredded or chopped green cabbage

1 cup celery, chopped

1 cup white raisins

1/4 cup sherry

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1 cup crisp apple, diced

1 teaspoon onion, finely cut

1/3 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Soak raisins in sherry

Combine all ingredients, adding apple last

Lightly coat with mayonnaise and chill
