Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat pan with some oil (abt half cup), fry thechop onion, garlic, ginger and slice chillie till fragrant rise.
  • Add thecut beef pcs fry till almost cook.
  • then add the pepper, fry till beef is absorb with pepper
  • Eventuali add in the Sweet Soya sauce cook till tender (10mins)
  • Finali mix the semi cook potato and the cut ring onion (covered and leave to cook for 5-10mins}
  • Serve in a platter garnish with parsley

    Hi Berry - I do hope u like it. Hi Kukla, thnx for the warm welcome but i do hope ur not goin to add onion rings as in ONION RINGS, i meant to said the onion is cut into rings as in round shape instead of chopping..oh gosh i hope my instruction was clear enuf for others too :(

    I've never thought of adding potato & onion rings to a beef cooked in soy sauce, but it certainly sounds good !! Thank you for posting this recipe, a great 'first recipe', SugarBrownie -- and, welcome to the site :)
