How to make it

  • Graham. Cracker Crust
  • Combine all ingredients and press into 9 “ pie pan.
  • Bake at 375 F. For 8 minutes .

  • Filling
  • Combine in a small saucepan milk and gelatin
  • Stir to soften gelatin. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves.
  • Combine in blender or mixing bowl: Cottage cheese, plain yogurt, sugar and dissolved gelatin mixture.
  • Whirl or whip briefly. Chill mixture 20 – 30 minutes until begins to set.

  • Prepare Topping :
  • Process all the ingredients until finely chopped, pass the mixture through a sieve, taste, add sugar if needed, pour over the cheese pie, decorate with extra berries and chill.
