Hazelnut Polenta

- 2 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup polenta shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan bring stock and milk to a boil.
- Whisk in polenta and salt then cook over low heat 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
- In small sauté pan melt butter and allow it to brown slightly.
- Add chopped hazelnuts and sauté 3 minutes then stir into cooked polenta.
