How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Grease or spray bottom and sides with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl beat pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice with wire whisk.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture then sprinkle with pecans.
  • Pour melted butter evenly over top.
  • Bake 1 hour then cool 30 minutes.
  • Serve with dollop of whipped cream.
  • Store covered in refrigerator.
