Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

JALAPENO PEPPER JELLY This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brimley Estate in McKinney, Texas in 1987.
Ingredients
- 6-1/2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups white vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup ground bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup ground jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 1 bottle certo shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sugar, vinegar and peppers.
- Cook over low heat and boil two minutes.
- Set off heat and let stand 5 minutes.
- Add Certo then stir well and put pepper jelly in sterilized jars.
