Ingredients
  • Sleeve Ritz Crackers
  • Bag of Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 tsp. mint extract (or more to your liking)

Directions
  1. On double boiler melt chocolate chips
  2. Once melted, stir in mint extract
  3. Dip crackers into chocolate mixture, using tongs
  4. Lay coated crackers on wax paper or cookie sheet
  5. Let them cool
