Vegetable stock

- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- 2tbsp oil shopping list
- dash white pepper shopping list
- dash cayenne pepper shopping list
- dash black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 chopped carrot shopping list
- 2 cups entire celery stalk(more leaves the better!) shopping list
- cold water to cover shopping list
How to make it
- saute onion in oil until beginning to brown
- place all ingredients in stockpot and cover with water
- bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer partially covered 11/2 hrs or until veggies are extremely tender(mushy even ;)
- Strain and chill or put into ice trays
- Dont forget to label like I always do!
