This is a very good soup with lots of flavor.

Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 cups turkey cooked and diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 6 ounce box long grain rice
  • 2 cups celery sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup carrots grated

Directions
  1. In a large saucepan combine all ingredients with 6 cups of water.
  2. Simmer covered until rice is cooked approximately 30 minutes.
