Blood Sausage Candy

- 1 pound of milk chocolate shopping list
- 1 square of unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup of chopped nuts, pick your favorite shopping list
- 1 pound of powdered sugar, approximately shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In double boiler melt chocolates together.
- 2. In a little bowl beat the egg and add to melted chocolate.
- 3. Add the teaspoon of vanilla, nuts, and powdered sugar. Mix in enough powdered sugar to make a soft, but not sticky dough. Hands work best in mixing in the powdered sugar.
- 4. Roll into logs, about an inch around. Place on wax paper on cookie sheets and refrigerate until firm.
- 5. Slice into thin slices. Freezes very well.
- Makes a generous 2 pounds.
