Easy Mexican Casserole

- 2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1 Can Cream of mushroom shopping list
- 1 Can Cream of chicken shopping list
- ½ lb Grated American cheese shopping list
- 1 Can Pet milk (12oz) shopping list
- 1 Can enchilada sauce (mild) shopping list
- 1 Pkg 20 corn tortillas shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat, add salt and pepper.
- Drain, add chicken and mushroom soup, pet milk and enchilada sauce. Take off heat after mixing.
- Cut tortillas into fours.
- Grease pan.
- Fill pan starting with tortillas and then meat mixture.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Top with American cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
