- chilli pwd 1 tsp shopping list
- sour cream 1 tsp shopping list

- 2 tsp olive margarine shopping list
- 2 lemon grass sliced thinly shopping list
- mint leaf 10 shopping list
- C ) shopping list
- ginger - garlic juice shopping list
- 2 tbspolive oil shopping list
- 3 thai lemon squeezed shopping list
- pepper pwd 1 tsp shopping list
- D ) shopping list
- 2 kaffir lime leaves pinched shopping list
- 2 red onions quartered shopping list
- 1 medium potato cubed shopping list
- 1 red capsicum chopped shopping list
- 3 green chillies slit lengthwise shopping list
How to make it
- Rub A) on the chicken .
- Pre heat oven to 220 deg
- Grease the roast pan with 2 tsp margarine
- Sprinkle lemon grass .
- push the mint leaves under the skin and
- Put the chicken on the pan .
- Drizzle C ) over it
- Put the D ) around
- Bake for an hour or until the water run clears when pierced .
- cover with aluminium foil . let it stand 10 mins . Now carve .
