Honey Grahams Homemade

- 3 cups of whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon shopping list
- 6 tbsp of butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup of honey shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon into a bowl.
- Melt together the butter and honey,
- Pour this into the dry ingredients.
- Mix with a fork, than push the dough together with your hands.
- Don't knead or overmix.
- Place the dough on a well-floured surface, and roll with a well-floured rolling pan to 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut in rectangles (approx 1 3/4 inch by 3 inches) with a knife and prick them with a fork.
- Place on a lightly greased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
- cool on a rack.
- Simplicity at it's finest.
