Chicken Sub Gum

- 2 cups cooked cut up chicken shopping list
- 11/2c. celery shopping list
- 16 oz. can chinese vegetables or bean sprouts,drained shopping list
- 1(4oz.)can mushrooms,drained or 8 oz. can of water chestnuts drained and sliced shopping list
- 11/2c. water shopping list
- 11/2tsp. instant minced onion shopping list
- 2Tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 2tsp granulated or 2 cubes chicken broth shopping list
- 3Tbs soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan,combine all ingredients except cornstarch and soy sauce;heat to boiling point. Simmer uncovered 10 mins. Blend cornstarch and soy sauce;stir into chicken mixture. Cook and stor constantly over med. heat until clear and thickened. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
