This is my husbands recipe never made this but now I think I am going to for superbowl.

Ingredients
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp minced onion
- 3 oz dried beef
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Chop beef.
- Add onion, cream cheese, garlic powder.
- Form into balls and chill.
- Serve with toothpicks

Oh wow! Many years ago while raising my two sons and working a full time job...I made this whenever I needed to bring an appetizer to a pot luck dinner. I added dill and left it in a dip form....didn't have time to roll in balls and served with tiny bagels cut in 1/2. I think I'll make some to snack on for tonight while watching Telly! Thanks for posting. You brought back a good memory!
