This is my husbands recipe. I love avacodos myself but this is stuff you can keep on hand that won't go bad as fast for when his friends stop by and want snacks.

Ingredients
  • 20 oz bag frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup green onions diced(the rest of the bunch chop and freeze for another recipe)
  • 1/4 cup picante sauce

Directions
  1. In blender, blend peas, lime juice, and onions.
  2. Remove to mixing bowl and mix in picante sauce.
  3. Chill and serve
